3. Proposals are still under evaluation and there is no other information available at this time.
5 May 2009
1. The Request for Proposal (W56HZV-09-R-0123) is now closed. Proposals were received on 4 May 2007 and are being evaluated by a Source Selection Evaluation Board.
2. We are no longer accepting Q&A’s or submissions for Interested Subcontractors related to the RFP. These lists will be left on the website for a short period of time for reference.
3. No other information is available at this time.
28 April 2009
1. Amendment 0003 has been released, and a link has been added to this website.
2. As a result of Amendment 0003, Section L has been updated to include language regarding proposal submission for subcontractors who wish to submit cost information directly to the PCO. Refer to Section L, paragraph L.6.7.1.1 of Amendment 0003.
3. The closing date remains 3:00 PM, local time, on Many 4, 2009.
4. The List of Interested Subcontractors has been updated.

All submissions will be posted for public viewing. This is strictly voluntary.

2. As indicated in the Executive Summary of the RFP, all questions and answers submitted will be posted to this website when they become available.
3. No phone calls will be accepted. There are no exceptions.
4. It is the responsibility of every potential offeror to check this website daily for any changes and/or amendments.
17 March 2009 Update
1. The formal solicitation is issued today, March 17, 2009. It consists of the Solicitation document, to include the Scope-of-Work at Section C, and all Attachments and Exhibits.
2. Exhibit A, and Attachments 0001 through 0003 are a physical part of the solicitation document, W56HZV-09-R-0123.
3. The solicitation is the formal announcement. Offerors are required to read and comply with all solicitation requirements. This website is offered as a convenience. If there are any inconsistencies between the solicitation and other information on this website, the solicitation controls. It is the responsibility of each Offeror to periodically check this site for updates.
4. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to Doreen Costa, and Derek McAleer,
