Senior Army leadership desires to convey the importance of the GCV Program to Industry, in particular those individuals and firms that plan to respond to the GCV IFV TD Phase RFP. In support of this, the Pre-Proposal Conference has been re-scheduled to Saturday, 18 December 2010, with the location still at the Hyatt Regency in Dearborn, Michigan. Registration now begins at 6 AM with the conference beginning at 8 AM. Registrations will now be accepted until 4 PM Eastern Time on 10 December 2010. The deadline for questions to be answered at the conference has been extended to 13 December 2010. The announcement at the related link on this page is updated with this information. Your interest in and support of the GCV Program is greatly appreciated.

See Section A of RFP document (link above for directions on how to request RFP CUI and Classified Information. Ensure that the requestss contain all required information. Questions regarding the GCV RFP may be sent to DAMI_GCV@conus.army.mil with the subject "GCV IFV RFP Question from (Name of Firm). Include contact information as well as your firm's CAGE code with the question.

Ground Combat Vehicle (GCV) Program

This is the home page for the Ground Combat Vehicle (GCV) program.  Updated information will be added to this website as necessary.  Interested parties are responsible to keep themselves informed.  It is recommended that you visit the home page periodically to ensure that you have the most current information. If there are any inconsistencies between this website and the actual solicitation, the solicitation takes precedence.

The Manned Ground Vehicle (MGV) Body of Knowledge (BoK) will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, via the link below, until the GCV Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV) proposal submission due date.  The GCV IFV Request for Proposal (RFP) has been posted, the DRAFT Spec/CDD is no longer available on FBO website.  The GCV SPEC is now available as a Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) attachment to the RFP.

Read This:

NDA's for the MGV Body of Knowledge (BoK) and DRAFT Specification/CDD which indicated an end date of 31 December 2010 are extended to the earlier of 31 December 2011 or upon receiving explicit direction to destroy this material. The NDA available on this site has been amended to reflect the new date for new requests for the BoK. New requests for the Draft SPEC/CDD are no longer being processed.
