The Army Contracting Command - Warren is no longer accepting offers submitted via the following methods (unless authorized in the Section L of specific solicitation)

• email sent to the DAMI_Offers@conus.army.mil mail box
• datafax submissions to TACOM Network Fax Server at fax number 1-586-282-5527.

Please submit your offers through the ASFI Bid Response System.
More detailed information regarding the use of the ASFI BRS can be found on the Electronic Bid Submission Web page on ProcNet.

• Requirements for On-line Submission:
  1. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) and have a CCR Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN) and CAGE Code.
  
  
  
  2. If you initially view the solicitation on ProcNet (ACC - Warren’s contracting Web site) you will be provided a link to a Start Bid Page within the ASFI BRS. If you found the solicitation by searching on ASFI you will be able to start the on-line bidding process by using the Start Bid button on the ASFI Solicitation View page.
  
  
  
  3. Once in the BRS you will be asked to enter basic information and will then be directed to upload one or more files containing your offer and information required by the solicitation.
