Starting the Offer / Bid Submission Process

You may find ACC - Warren solicitations via three Web sites, ProcNet, Army Single Face to Industry, and FedBizOpps. All of these Web sites will allow you to view, download and print the entire solicitation document. However, on-line offer/bid submission is available only by using the ASFI’s Bid Response System.  You can access the BRS through ProcNet or ASFI. The following slides will show you the each path.

From the ProcNet Web Site

On the Business Opportunities Web page, click on Open & On-the-Street Solicitations

On the Next Screen

  • Identify solicitation of interest
  • Click on Submit Offer link

Starting the Offer/Bid Submission Process from the ASFI Web Site

  • Click on the Contracting Opportunities Search link

On ASFI, search for solicitation by solicitation number, contracting office, noun, NAICS or FSC

  • W56HZV% is wildcard for ACC-Warren solicitations
  • or find TACOM Contracting Center (TACOM-CC) from drop down under Contract Office

Click on Solicitation of Interest

Vendor Authentication

  • Enter CAGE Code
  • Enter MPIN
  • Click on Continue

Upload Files

  • Click on Browse to find the files on your PC and upload to ASFI
  • Insert a file name (like Attachment 1)
  • Combined file size of 10 mb
  • May repeat this upload screen
  • After upload is complete, continue on to bid summary

Review Submission data and click on Submit

Note: Your offer is not submitted until you click on the Submit button.

Offer/Bid Confirmation

Your offer/bid is submitted when you see this confirmation with a Price Quote Number and Bid Submission Date assigned. Download PDF of bid submission and retain for your records.
